An innovative healthcare arrangement where patients pay providers a flat or recurring membership fee instead of billing insurance per visit. This eliminates insurance from the picture, although you will still need to keep insurance should you choose for medication coverage, lab draws, emergency visits and other primary or specialty care. This differs from concierge medicine in that with concierge care, you get charged much higher premium fees and insurance is typically billed on top of the membership fee.

Follow the link to our EMR (electronic medical record) system.
Once you sign up on our EMR system, we will be able to choose an option for a payment plan.
More direct access to your physicians, unhurried visits, quicker booking, and more personalized care.
We will see Medicare patients who sign up for our membership program, but we will not bill Medicare.
You must check with your insurance plan first to see if you can submit for reimbursement.
We will have a telehealth option for our patients but do require that you see us at least once a year in person.
